Product — Help center

Answers where
customers already look.

A branded help center on your own domain. The articles you write there also ground the AI agent and ship in your iOS and Android apps, so customers get the right answer on any channel.

01 — Overview

Help customers help themselves.

  1. 01

    Set up in minutes

Pick a color, logo, and greeting, then write or import articles in the dashboard. No theme files, no code.

  2. 02

    Write once, answer everywhere

Every published article is indexed for the help center, the AI agent, and the iOS and Android SDKs.

  3. 03

    Public and internal knowledge

Publish answers for customers and keep internal notes for the AI. You set visibility per article.

02 — Customizable

No-code branding, simple setup.

03 — Omnichannel

One knowledge base, every channel.

Fig. 3.1 Retrieval runs before every reply, so answers are grounded in your articles. The agent can search again mid-conversation.

04 — Visibility

Public answers. Internal knowledge.

Fig. 4.1 Public, published articles appear in the help center, its search, and the mobile SDKs. Pages are server-rendered and edge-cached for speed and SEO.

05 — Tools

Tools to write, find, and improve your articles.

  • Hybrid search

Semantic and keyword search together. Customers find the article even when they don’t use your wording.

  • Topics with counts

Group articles into categories, each with its own page, description, and article count.

  • Popular articles

The help center home shows the most-used answers before customers start typing.

  • Knowledge gaps

Needs knowledge lists conversations a teammate resolved that no article covers yet.

  • Drafts from conversations

Turn a human resolution into a draft article with PII stripped. Edit it, publish it, and it’s indexed.

  • One-click reindex

Rebuild a tenant’s search and vector index after a bulk import or a model change.

06 — Included

07 — Questions

Help center FAQs.

What is the Supdesk help center?

A branded knowledge base for your customers, hosted on your domain. The same articles ground the AI agent and appear in the iOS and Android SDKs, so one set of answers serves every channel.

How does the help center work with the AI agent?

Published articles are chunked and indexed for hybrid vector and full-text search. Before every reply the agent retrieves the most relevant passages, and it can search again mid-conversation. When it can’t resolve a question, it hands off to your team.

Can I customize it without code?

Yes. Primary color, logo, company name, and greeting are set in the dashboard and apply to the help center, the chat widget, and the mobile SDKs. Articles are written in Markdown, so headings, lists, tables, and code render cleanly everywhere.

Can I keep some articles private?

Yes. Every article is public or internal. Public articles appear in the help center. Internal articles never do, but the AI agent can still use them, which suits policies, edge cases, and escalation notes.

How do I find gaps in my content?

The dashboard lists conversations a teammate resolved that no article covers yet. Turn any of them into a draft article in one click, then edit and publish it so the AI can answer the next customer with the same question.
